Ismael El Moctar Ndiaye brings strong academic and practical expertise to the development and delivery of sport psychology workshops at 2SPA. He holds a Master’s degree in Sport Sciences with a minor in Sport Psychology, and has specialized in both handball and basketball coaching, earning certifications from the Universidad de Barcelona (Spain). With a diverse international background, Ismael completed his undergraduate studies in Cuba and later gained teaching experience in Courbevoie, Île-de-France, France. Currently, he serves as a teacher-researcher at Gaston Berger University (Saint-Louis, Senegal), where he contributes to advancing sport science and athlete education. At 2SPA, Ismael manages and coordinates workshops, ensuring that every program is both scientifically grounded and practically relevant to athletes, coaches, and organizations.
