Dr. Nalla Socé Fall, a PhD in psycho sociology of sports holder is a distinguished teacher-researcher at Gaston Berger University (Saint-Louis, Senegal) and a respected figure in international sport psychology. He brings a wealth of experience as a former international athlete, national team coach, and academic leader.
His career spans multiple continents—having studied and practiced in Spain, Canada, and Cuba—which shapes his unique multicultural perspective on athlete preparation and performance.
Currently, Dr. Fall serves as Director of the National Center of Physical Education and Sport (Senegal) and contributes as an expert lecturer for the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF).
He is also the author of “Histoire de la préparation olympique: Le secret des vainqueurs”, a groundbreaking book that provides a historical and psychological perspective on Olympic preparation and the mindset of champions.
